NDIS Counselling Support

 I provide trauma‑informed counselling for NDIS participants who are self‑managed or plan‑managed. Sessions are offered online via telehealth or phone, making support accessible from anywhere in Australia.

My approach is warm, steady, and grounded in nervous‑system awareness. Together, we move gently — at your pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.
